TIL Mila Kunis' mom made her work at Rite Aid scooping ice cream even after she became famous while working on That 70's Show.

I'm basically on the same page as you, will be starting antidepressants tomorrow morning with my breakfast. I'm working in an office job now but having pretty bad anxiety attacks and am in therapy.

An old retail manager also tried to fuck me over once. She "trained" me in how to finalise the safe in the evenings, I'm dumb and might have ADD and was young and desperate for approval.. So I didn't realise she was somehow skimming, making it look like it balanced to my naive mind, and getting me to consign off the check sheet.

When she was caught (very quickly, she wasn't that bright herself), I had to make a police statement and was nearly fired myself.. But it quickly became clear to all that I had absolutely no idea what she'd been doing, especially as I still couldn't understand once it had been explained to me.

Nearly ten years later.. I have never since signed a single thing without fully understanding what I'm signing, to the point where I don't care if I'm pissing someone off making them explain the thing every which way but loose. My name and/or signature isn't going on anything unless I know exactly what I'm putting it to.

Damn I was a stupid kid though.
