I don't want to support what they have done, nor do I like their music. but I think people should be able to separate their music from their actions.

You get into sort of weird territory, like if you enjoy a song and then find out you shouldn't enjoy it because Chris Brown performed a verse on it. Just because you like a catchy beat doesn't mean you want support the rape of teenagers, or domestic abuse, and you also can assume other artists you enjoy, or other services you benefit from are sold by the innocent.

Like if you found out the guy who invented money raped his family would you just abandon all of your money?, or would you continue to use money and continue to shun rape?.
