TIL that a woman’s professional and personal life were ruined with a single tweet that said: “Going to Africa. Hope I don’t get AIDS. Just kidding. I’m white!” The woman, Justine Sacco, turned out to be a P.R. Chief for a large internet company.

First of all you can keep calling me racist, I couldn't care less; being called racist on the internet is not even on a list of my worries. The word is thrown around so much is has no meaning, I know what kind of person I am and what value I bring to society. Ever hear the expression "first one to call the other one racist, loses?". To start off your point by calling me a name does nothing for a debate and it certainly won't help you sway opinions in the future.

With that being said....your reply was long so I'll only respond to what I remember because I'm on mobile.

-you accused me of using a subjective term like IQ and correlating that with violence (which I'm right btw) your point being that just because their IQ is low, that's not the reason they're violent. Now, isn't that EXACTLY what you did about how much money they have? (Also, why does being poor make you want to rape more????). How is "poverty" not subjective? USA poverty is certainly different than African poverty, no? Look at Eastern European countries and their poverty level compared to the rest of the EU, why is their crime rate not as high as black America or black Africa?

  • Secondly, you said middle class black neighborhoods have low crime rates, could you cite me some examples of these cities/towns specifically? I'd like to read up on them because the black neighborhoods I grew up around all had higher crime rates than the neighboring white ones. Not one single exception.

  • Also, you said impoverish white areas are on the same level of crime as black ones? That's 100% false, there are more white people below the poverty line in America than blacks yet you don't have a single area that even comes close to a Chicago level of violence. Every place on the America's most dangerous place list is black. Every. Single. One.

  • Thirdly, are you really claiming that Sub-Saharan Africa is just as intelligent as the rest of the world? Do you realize most of them are still living in the Stone Age while 1st world countries are exploring the galaxy? How is that even comparable? (I'm asking you to put your white guilt aside).
