I am shocked that the right don't support free healthcare, on the one hand having a huge military budget and on the other, concurrently generating massive business for the hospitals. Free isn't really free, it just moves around who pays the bills, it's a perfect way of making money whilst looking like a good guy supporting free healthcare, glory hunters win!

This keeps taxes high, the poor poor (or dead from war) and the rich just sitting back and watching their investments in weapons generating more income, and the government paying for the fallout, this is a capitialism utopia, what's better than killing a poor person once? It's killing them twice! That's what free healthcare is all about.
