Hi guys, I'm coming off around 8 months of GreySkull LP and want to do something that is strength+size. I came out with two 3-day workouts. Please critique as I'm not sure which is good or if there are too many exercises? Taken and modified from PHUL and 5/3/1 bodybuilder templates.
