The fuck this isn't about change.

This isn't about removing posts. It's about having mods around when you need them. As it is, it feels like we are all just here for your amusement and nothing more.

You say you don't like taking posts down, which is a good thing, but yet you have no problem banning entire news organizations and leaving racist spam up for hours. Then tell us it's our job to downvote spam we don't want to see. Can't you see why we have a problem with that? What exactly is a mod's job here?

You are telling us that you are going to let this reddit slide down to complete crap. You don't mind we have to wait hours when we need a mod no matter how BCND grows. And you feed us bullshit excuses when we ask questions.

Telling us that you can't get a mod because no one is qualified or those that were volunteered so they aren't eligible is complete and utter bullshit. You have made it crystal clear you don't give a damn about the redditors who love this sub.

If you don't want change, then please for the love of this reddit, let us find find mods that will be available when they are needed.

Again, would you please tell us the truth about why you won't hire any new mods? No one believes it's because you haven't been able to find a 'fit' in over three years. That's also saying all you subscribers are idiots and not fit to be mods.
