Trolling and Throwing is as pressing of an issue to fix as cheating and ruins the MM perception and experience in the same way

Games are too short

I'm saying this since the very start, especially combined with hardly any respawn time and simply a system in place where you not get punished in any way for it.

In CS:GO? If you mess up too much you simply get booted by a votekick and get replaced by a bot. Also, people generally try to face the challenge because sitting 40-60 minutes or even longer in front of your screen and watch other people play is no fun.

At the same time, in CS:GO you have a chance to clutch too. Not that it would happen constantly but in theory you would be able to 1vs5...in OW? just one person down can decide the teamfight.

In CS:GO you also have a scoreboard so it's "impossible" for the person being at the bottom of it to spam "thank you" and blame everyone else.

I'm a healer main, I had people, who stormed the enemy solo while having less than 10% hp call me names and get angry at me more than once. I mean, what am I supposed to do when you are at the other end of the map and try to solo the game? So instead of recognizing they did something wrong they simply blame everyone else.

What we need is some kind of scoreboard, some kind of karma system and harsher punishments for repeat offenders.
