Trump tried to sabotage a plan to close the gender pay gap. A judge wouldn’t have it.

There is discrimination to a degree in all professions across various demographics. Asian mathematicians and data scientists get hired more frequently and paid better than their white counterparts. Indian American software engineers are known for their work ethic and so they get hired more frequently and laid more than their white counterparts. Female nurses have an easier time getting hired than male nurses. Female elementary school teachers have an easier time getting hired than males.

But regardless I completely disagree with the way that article reached its conclusions. How it was able to determine X percent of the wage gap is due to Y doesn’t add up to me. They seemed to have drawn a line so they can say “at least some of it is discrimination”. Very politically charged research there.
