Trump wants to start charging stores to accept food stamps

That is one study and I would have to take the time to research the sample size, demographics and gender breakdown. I value my personal experience far more than statistics because it's easy to say things you may not believe, or say things that you do believe that are against what you claim to believe when you are an anonymous statistic.

When face to face with another human, you can view body language, eye contact and other "tells" that can indicate dishonesty or things that would give you a view that they firmly believe or disbelieve what they are saying.

Again, I will go to personal experience. My ex-family are ardent "Christian" conservatives. They will parrot what Fox News says, but when pressed to prove anything or when I challenged their opinions with facts, things changed. They couldn't back up any of the ridiculous claims. They just went back to "talking points" and slander of our past President.

This is why I doubt the research poll. This is why I find it challenging to be a professing Christian in today's world. Those who claim to be, yet live lives of anger, hate and unrepentant sin make it very hard on those of us who try to live a better life according to our faith.

And for the record, I'm liberal on some things, conservative on others. I am an individual who refuses to subscribe to either ideology.
