I think you are the one politicising things here - not the original commenter. If one had a political party in the UK that was delivering electricity to 20% of the population and a new party took power that managed to drive that figure down to 5% folks would rightly call out that the last party - flawed though they were - had done better. The ANC did inherit a perfectly good grid and they did ruin it. Saying that the commenter is pining for the good old days is reading a lot into their comment that isn't there. "worship the apartheid government"? What - because the commenter said the grid was better before the ANC took power? That's just fact.
