Well good thing it counts as hearsay, since no one is putting Putin in court. If you don't believe it, allow me to paint a picture of what exactly Russia is up to. This is not just in the United States. This is worldwide. They have realized that there aren't protections in place against fake news, or hacking, and they are using ancient KGB secrets, that is, being damn good at spying/manipulation to achieve results. I present to you four theatres in which they are engaging their cyperassault:

To me, this paints a very clear picture of an unprecedented undertaking to manipulate elections around the world by Russia and for their gain. Every single one of these situations has/will benefit Russia's grasp on the world immensely. The world needs to wake up, before we're in that grasp, and in Putin's palm.
