Depending on just one supplier is nightmare. Especially we had times in the past were countries like US stopped giving us weapons during a crisis. That's why multiple suppliers are necessary. We will get it one way or other. And also India is focussing on making stuffs here locally and some of them are really good than what we are buying. But we don't have the capability to produce them in large quantities quickly as other nations. We have some things to catch up. India started dealing with other nations because it's not always viable to depend on Russia. These days Russia is really going nuts. Majority of our current equipments are from Russia. That's why India has to stand neutral. Also Russia has helped us a lot too in difficult times.
