I give up... my kid won’t eat.

My daughter has never been an eater even as a newborn she ate just enough like she some how knew how much to eat to gain exactly how much she should.

She is nearly four and she is still not a big eater and this includes unhealthy foods some Icecream, some chocolate, some chicken nuggets. I get looked at like I’m crazy. She had a flu/cold last week and lost 2lbs it’s horrifying.

She is 95th percentile for height and like 5th percentile for weight. Her doctor is not concerned.

If he is active, sleeps well and doesn’t have mood swings go with it. Don’t fill him up on pediasure or other calorie dense drinks.

He refuses food till he gets what he wants but how long have you tested that for? Not as in torture him but he can skip meals he is running the show and is winning. He can have cheese and bread once he eats so much of the current food or neither.
