You mean ESC (Electronic Stability Control) and ABS (ABS was de facto required with ESC because it's required for ESC).

I know that you, like many, are using the term traction control (TSC) to also mean stability control, but there was a period of time when cars had traction control but no stability control. Nowadays traction control is integrated as part of stability control, but I'd still consider traction control to be just a subset of the functions of stability control. Traction control, to me, just ensures that the drive wheels aren't experiencing wheelspin. Stability control has the added function of also ensuring that the car is moving in the direction the front wheels are pointed.
