Walking counts!

Walking is also the easiest possible thing you can do so if you never push yourself how do you know how far you can go on the track to a healthy life? While you walked I did 65 minutes of hard cardio on the elliptical and burned over 1000 calories. Do you have any idea how rewarding that is? I guess to get the ball rolling then sure walk. I mean I even started my journey walking slow on the treadmill. I progressed way beyond that now and 15 months in I have literally transformed my body from 270 pounds of uselessness to 210 pounds. I have toned my stomach and put on muscle. At 44 I have never felt better, healthier or stronger. I am fortunate enough that I sweat like crazy releasing all the toxins my body wants out. Would I have been happy if I didn't work out much but still lost the weight? Ya probably but seeing what the extra effort can do is mind blowing. I posted my before and after pics on here and when I look at them I still shake my head at what my hard work and dedication was able to accomplish.
