I've been playing Street Fighter for over 10 years & I wold say no it has a serious lack of content, & they realise a dlc with 5 costumes and 1 stage for 15 euro instead of a new mode the game itself Is not terrible but its not amazing either you would expect more quality from a street fighter, The online play of Street Fighter v is the focus but even that has some huge problems for example you earn new characters by winning matches so the amount of rage quitters is high & the loading times between matches is painfully long The Japanese pros call Street Fighter V Job Fighter or Duty Fighter, basically taking the piss saying its like cod where it comes out and people just play it because its cod/SF rather than it being a good game I would recommend checking out Guilty Gear revelator, even if you have never played the game before it has deep tutorial mode & will teach you everything my friend who's new to the game picked it up recently and now he's actually decent
