While I agree with most of your comment, I have to respectfully disagree with your first sentence. Most antidepressants cause anxiety as a side effect.

I am diagnosed with GAD, agoraphobia, bipolar disorder, mood disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder... There's more idc anymore I'm at an all time low & fuck it I'm fucking crazy lol (I mean no offense to anyone, I use 'crazy'to describe how I specifically feel in my head) and nothing is helping.

I've been thru the ringer the past 8-12 months trying different SSRI & SNRI, and along with the increased anxiety I had horrible side effects like getting physically sick, no appetite, there more but each one caused different reactions for me, some I could only handle a few days, some I made it to two weeks but couldn't handle them. So I told my PNP that I need to stop trying these things it's making me crazy & if my anxiety gets any worse I'll lose it. And nothing is helping my insomnia (caused by anxiety) at all.

Through all of this, I've been taking a massive dose of vitamin d daily bc I'm severely deficient & lamotrigine the entire time. It's a mood stabilizer, it's leveled out the manic but does nothing for my depression & anxiety. I got hydroxyzine Pam for asleep- doesn't do shit just an antihistamine anyways
