What are people pretending isn't a problem?

Of course that is happening. My point (again) is that increased prices is a necessary outcome of increased wages. To give large raises to employees most businesses have to increase prices. Are you not reading what I wrote? My point is that increasing wages is inflationary. Inflation requires wages to be increased. Increasing wages drives up prices, which causes inflation.

I'm not commenting on what business owners should expect. I'm commenting on the economics of it. You seem to want to have an emotional argument. I'm not interested in that. I'm commenting on the reality and how the economics of running a business work. And I'm being told it's a "strawman."
