I graduated college in December 2007, I didn't make any money until 2010. It cost me $20000 in student loan penalties and interest, and who knows how the fuck much in overall net worth. All through college they were telling us that we were gonna walk out the door and start at 75k. When I finally started making money it was because I bootstrapped my own service business, with no benefits at all but making enough to actually save money. I closed to take a salaried job with benefits in 2015 and started a new successful side business. Net worth ballooned in 3 years. I was lucky enough to be able to get some real estate in 2010 also. I'm sending my daughter to Europe for free college, and maybe we will go with her. This country is just a bigger version of Las Vegas. No shit it's one pump and dump after another, the whole thing. First one I lived through I was too young to see what was going on. We are in the middle of the next pump.
