What do you do confidently now that made you feel weird in the past?

I've had some incredibly bad experiences with people in wheel chairs so I never know how to react to them in normal every day life when I have to like, DO something around them. I don't feel like I encounter enough people in them to have the ratio of negative experience I should have.

I hold doors open for anyone, woman, man, goose, alien, wheelchair if they're coming behind me or I'm at the door first, and I've had people in chairs absolutely tear me an asshole for holding the door open for them. "I CAN OPEN A GODDAMNED DOOR."

So honestly my entire reaction toward any sort of disability now is just act like I would with anyone and if they don't like it, whatever.
