I am in Germany, 26 and make about 70k€ or 85k USD with 4 years experience. I just got a job offer for 90k€/110 USD.

I decided to stay because our company is going bonkers with all the merger&acquisitions which I get to play a huge part in. The one merger is also being directly integrated into my area, so I am excited. Apart from that at all 3 companies I have worked I have played a big role in rolling out new ERP systems. So I know if I stick it out at the current company, we have a m&a and erp rollout to look forward to, in which I know I will be promoted during or after the process. My direct manager is the fd and I have a feeling he will become Cfo and I will get his fd job in the next 1-3 years, which will come with a hefty salary increase.
