What happened to people taking personal responsibility regarding their own lives?

People have personal responsibilities to ensure that their actions don't harm others. Sometimes we have to do something for the greater good of the community.

So in a drought, people are asked not to use hosepipes and take showers not baths so that we conserve water. in the times of heavy snow or floods people are asked to only travel when essential so that people don't have to come and rescue them.

And in times of pandemics, people are asked to wear masks to help stop them infecting others.

you say we're all babies who have to be told what to do. i would disagree. babies are the ones who cry because they can't get their own way and get upset when they're told to do something they don't want to do.

so just grow a pair, man up and put the mask on for the greater good of your community.
