What saying annoys you the most? Why?

In 6th grade there was one guy who bullied me every day. I would go home with bruises on my arms, chest, and back. I ignored him as best I could for months. My mom saw my back one day and asked me what was happening. After I gave her the short of it she called the principal, but nothing ever came out of it.

Another few weeks goes by and my parents sat me down for a talk. They told me that I was a big kid for my age, and that they wouldn't get angry if I got in a fight with the bully at school. They said that even if I got suspended, at least I had stuck up for myself, and they would not be bad at me.

Equipped with this new knowledge, I went to school just waiting for him to start hitting me. I ended up waiting about two weeks for him to pick on me again. It happened during History class. We had some extra time at the end of our lecture and were taken outside to the playground area to mess around until our next class.

My bully walked up and punched me in the back of the head when I wasn't looking. I turned around and gave him a shove, which made him angry since I'd never retaliated before. He punched me a couple more times in the arm and chest but then I cracked him a good one in the side of his face. He went down, and I tuned away to walk towards the teacher since I wasn't sure I'd actually be able to win a prolonged fight.

I heared him get up behind me and call me a "fucking bastard". He hit me in the back of the head again and I turned around and punched him right in the nose. He went down again with tears in his eyes, and blood running down his face. By this point the teacher was already headed our way.

After the fight had been broken up, and after I explained what happened to the principal, and after my parents chimed in I didn't get in any trouble at all, not even detention. I never saw my bully again, I think he got suspended, and was then moved to a different homeroom teacher.
