What kind of lawyers deal with harassment?

Sorry more of a customer not a client. He's claiming that the person is using copyrighted content of theirs (def not happening on my platform) so instead of filing a DMCA claim with the Domain Name Registrar of the person and pursuing legal actions, he's threatening that if I don't deplatform them that he's going to release a platform similar to mine so I can "lose traffic" (right afterwards then tried to bribe me by insinuating that if I deplatform them that he'd put me on his own website to try and get me more traffic). This is basically a case of "this person did something I don't like so let me get their YouTube account banned by threatening then bribing the CEO, even though what they're doing on YouTube isn't breaking any laws. Oh if YouTube CEO refuses? Then they will face my fire and fury". It's childish games, and I went no contact because I've learned that people with that kind of mentality can't be reasoned with, their ego rationalizes every facet of their decision making abilities. He doesn't want to go the legal route of suing the guy, just trying to get him banned off of everything the guy uses, and bring down any website that doesn't comply with the demands. I actually don't care about any of those threats, my main concern is if he escalates to doxing and swatting since I searched him up and he has a really bad reputation.
