What is the level of permits a homeowner can pull before needing a contractor?

Ah, ok. Angry wannabe slumlord. Got it, chief.

Do you even own a home? Why did you respond? Do you care to address your assumptions or do you want to continue to try and be the big swinging dick?

I'll let you in on a little secret. Have you ever heard a parent say to a kid "stop acting like a child"? No matter how much of a child you want to be. I promise you, I can always act younger.

Your current position is being a douche. The only thing you can do is address the assumptions you have made. If you refuse to address those assumptions, your lack of action will therefore be, by default, an acceptance and admittance of your ignorance and ignorant comments.

You have the ability to take me down. You can escalate this little interwebz pissing contest and get me or both of us (because I'm not letting this go) banned. I'm 100% fine with walking away from my username and whatever "street cred" I've earned. Still doesn't change the fact that you have not addressed a single point or any of your assumptions. So why don't you grow up, get a job and maybe one day you can really call someone CHIEF.
