I've been told by my friend it wasn't my fault and it could be considered rape......

But a guy friend someone I trusted with all my heart gave me a back rub (through clothes when I was visiting for comiccon) because I tweaked my back and then told me he had gotten hard and that he had a condition where he would get severe pain in his testicles to the point he needed to go to the hospital if he didn't get relief I was young and naive and believed my good friend and felt bad he had gotten that way because of me so pressured... I let him get his relief even though I didn't want to... But I felt guilty and pressured because I was staying with him for a few more days... I don't know if it's considered rape because I DID verbally consent even though mentally I didn't..... But that's how I "cheated"...
