What is the most interesting Tourette‘s tic that you have ever encountered?

About two months into the school year, a kid in my freshman year (HS) English class started to bark randomly and say “hey babe” whenever a girl walked by him. The kid had been somewhat rowdy and disruptive since day one so I’m pretty sure our teacher thought he was faking it for about a week. His face would turn bright red and he’d make a general, passive comment about students being disruptive. Kid missed a day of school the next week and our teacher tucked his tail between his legs and shamefully told us (with permission) that our classmate had Tourette’s and simply hadn’t shown any symptoms until the previous week. A week that had been full of passivity and hostility because of something this kid had no control over. It wasn’t fun for any of us but I imagine it felt much worse for him..
