What do other people accept as part of life that you personally cannot tolerate?

Agreed with the H2 comment. But sometimes the far commutes are worth it (although, not to me). In the Bay Area, driving 2+ hours in traffic can mean you get to pay an $1800 mortgage on a 4 bedroom house, versus living in the city and paying $1800 for a 300 square foot studio apartment (LOL, if you're lucky).

Waste life in a commute and afford a house? Or never buy a house and not have to commute? Along with that, pile on students loans, wages that aren't rising to match inflation, old crappy highway roads, and an overcrowded shit for public transportation system. The future's looking bright for this millenial.

I hope that last sentence doesn't get interpreted as depressingly pessimistic. I am actually pretty happy with where I'm at in life, and would prefer to take on the challenge and to prove that we can handle all the crap that we have been set up for. With that being said, I typically just glare at the older generation if they ever mutter the words "You have it soo easy compared to us."
