What products prey on stupid people?

Alkaline Water.

$1700 (or much much more) for a gizmo that makes Alkaline water which does nothing for you, except cures cancer. It isn't approved by the FDA because then the water would cost even more, so "they" are doing us a favor by not getting it approved.

How do you know it works? Simple, it's patented and approved by Japan's health department. Because clearly that doesn't make it more expensive since it's Japan... you know.

What does the gizmo do? It uses Electrolysis to split water into Hydrogen and Oxygen... well not really. It splits it into H2 (which is acidic) and into OH (which is alkaline). Then it siphons off the Alkaline side of that and you drink it, the Alkaline Water.

All deadly illnesses including cancer are caused by too much Acidity in us. So clearly drinking Alkaline water cures us of that Acidity. And I quote "Some say it can help slow the aging process, regulate your body’s pH level, and prevent chronic diseases like cancer." Oh and here's more "which include:

anti-aging properties (via liquid antioxidants that absorb more quickly into the human body)

colon-cleansing properties

immune system support

hydration, skin health, and other detoxifying properties

weight loss

cancer resistance

So first it "cured cancer" now it just enhances "cancer resistance".

But wait!!! There's now debate "It's true. Naturally alkaline water has a chemical makeup that differs significantly from artificially alkaline water. More important, however, is the fact that artificially alkaline water causes side effects and should generally be avoided as a daily drinking water."

So be careful, only drink "natural" Alkaline water.

Drivel. All of it. Pure drivel.
