What’s a creepy encounter you’ll never forget? (Serious)

I was probably about 8 or 9, staying overseas with my dad, visiting with friends. Their family had a trampoline out front, and because I didnt have a trampoline at home I took every opportunity I could to play on it, but because all the other kids also wanted to play on it I usually had to wait for my turn.

One day, I looked outside and noticed there was no one on the trampoline. I thought, "sweet, now's my chance! I can jump as much as I want!!" and snuck out of the house when no one was looking because I knew I wasn't supposed to go outside without supervision.

Not only was there no one on the trampoline, there was nobody outside, and I mean nobody and I felt a weird vibe, like I should probably go back inside too. But I didn't want to miss what I felt was my only opportunity to jump uninterrupted! I played alone for about 5 minutes before a strange man walked up and started talking to me. Based on what I can remember about his behavior, he was definitely on some kind of substance. He started asking me questions about what I was doing, why I was out there, could he come up and join me? I didn't say yes, but he got up on the trampoline anyway.

Then he tackled me and pinned me down. I was frozen, just completely immobile, as he started moving his face toward mine, and then when breathed heavily on my neck it triggered me to move and I pushed him off. He let me push him off--I was very small, and as a grown man he definitely could have overpowered me, but he didn't. I still find that odd as well, but I think that whatever drugs he was on had something to do with it. He pinned me twice and let me push him off each time.

I was afraid that if I reacted with fear and tried to run away that he would chase me, and I knew he had the strength to overpower me if he really wanted to, so I kept very very quiet and continued speaking calmly and politely to him as I gathered my things, put my shoes on, and left to go back inside the house.

About 20 minutes later there was a commotion outside. The police had been looking for a wanted man in our area, and they found him passed out on the trampoline outside our house. The other kids were super freaked out and whispered to me that the man was really dangerous and "if he bites your neck, you die"
