Was living in Japan and began an affair with a married woman. She asked me to go to a jazz show in Tokyo with her and to meet her at a certain train station before the show for a drink.

I arrived and found her... she was there with her husband... who didn't speak English... and it was their anniversary... they come to this jazz show every year for their anniversary.

I was introduced as her "English teacher".

We went to a bar where her husband sat next to me grinning, buying me drinks and asking me questions through his wife about my home country etc. He had no idea of what we'd been up to.

I asked her why she invited me and she said "because it would be funny". She had a twisted sense of humor.

Her husband hung around me all night and introduced his new western "friend" to anyone.

She thought it was hilarious. I just wanted to get the hell out of there.
