Sleepover Birthday Party.

During the night they randomly decided to dance and went into another room with music and disco lights in the basement. They left me out because of the clothes I wore (normal hoodie and sweat pants to sleep in) they decided to dress up with clothes from the birthday girl and didn't ask if I wanted to do it too. They simply told me it wouldn't fit the setting and that I should "perhaps stay in the room with the sleeping bags". I know I'm socially awkward but I'm always trying my best. I knew these people since childhood so I was very comfortable and my social anxiety was barely existent with them. Never had any drama with any of them either. That situation left me super confused, then sad. I had my Gameboy with me so I spend my time doing that and pretended to be extremely busy whenever someone walked into the room. I was 12 or something like that. So pretty young. Happens at that age, I know. But after that, I just realized how shitty they actually treated me in past situations. Never realized it until then.
