What’s the worst pain you have ever felt?

I had a mother who was obsessed with perfection and at 12 years old I was too much of a fat little boy for that. I went into surgery for a hernia correction and woke up during the operation. I had to lay there frozen and feeling everything. When the correction procedure was complete I was still on anesthesia and moved onto the other side of the room. Another surgeon began making incisions in my chest and doing something with a wand thing. That's when I discovered I was getting a liposuction procedure as well.

I felt every single aggressive jab of this vacuum hose inside my chest as they sucked out melted fat for over an hour straight, the jabs were like what you do with the car vacuum to get the corners. It felt like someone was holding a blowtorch to the inner layers of my skin. I couldn't move, I couldn't cry or scream. When I came out of anesthesia I vomited and heaved bile for nearly 2 days in a hospital bed and as you may imagine, that one has stuck with me for life.
