This kind of blew up (for one of my posts anyway). I'm going to delete the post that asks for dms for people looking for work b/c im now setting up like 20 interviews, and it's got me typing on reddit at 11.30 instead of sleeping.

Don't let that discourage you from looking for jobs in this field, even as a beginner. There are a million of them out there, and if they don't pay enough, go across the street. If you're on time, half smart, and half sober, you can make a pretty good living.

Please be aware there is a 4-5 month long queue currently. Also our business model is to compete on the quality of our work and our customer service. Which marketing speak for "we are kind of expensive" Typically we don't take on jobs with a budget under 10k unless they can be finished in less than a week.
