That I drink, eat pork and do not follow the same religion as they do.

This is mostly my mom, since I think my dad wouldn't mind that much. They're both religious, especially my mom, and I was raised going to church and studying in a religious school. What I never had the guts to do was tell them that everything seems so frustrating.

I all ever felt is that I couldn't do this and that, or eat this and drink that because of our beliefs, since I was a little kid. Then it was going out on friday nights or saturdays, I missed birthday parties and barbecues my entire childhoold and teenage life because they wouldn't let me go. Then I started drinking a little before going to college (in another city), and eating pork, and I do these like a normal person does. I've since been living like this, changing my life every time I visit them.

It bothers me a lot, I feel like I'm a coward for not telling them such simple things, but my mom always put a lot of pressure on me because of her religion. I feel it would crush her a lot, so I'd rather not tell her. I just worry she finds out some other way. :(
