I'm pretty much never angry or upset about things, even when people yell at me. I usually still just smile or frown. The last time I actually yelled was back in high school. In math class, we were all split into 4 groups, 4 desks in each group for the year. I was placed with 2 groups. So 8 people, all of them were the kids who always doing social things, like dates and parties. During math class, they always were talking badly about some guy or girl and it really irritated me but I always kept silent. Until they started complaining about not being asked out or whatever it was. I slammed my desk and got up, telling them to just shut the hell up and how annoying it is to hear them always talking trash about some couple or whatever while I'm trying to work. They got upset at me and a few other things happened that are a blurr, but I don't believe I've ever got that upset before in recent years.
