What will you never buy again and why?

Austin food truck Way South Philly. I've eaten at this truck about three times, and the last two times I got fucking horrible food. Diarrhea in the middle of the night type of food. I think the owner of the truck either doesn't like me or, more likely, has mistaken me for someone else.

Basically, on my second trip I ordered a cheese steak and tots but had a question about the order. The guy points to the menu and leaves the window to continue cooking. I wait and order when he comes back five minutes later. After about twenty minutes I get my cold cheese steak. I decided to drive home. I open it up, and it doesn't taste as good as the first time I ate there. As well, there is a bit of grit in the meat, which is basically some of the burned stuff from the grill. Tell my friends, they laugh at me and say that's the flavor of the cheese steak.

On my third and final trip every, I order the same steak and tots. I make no mention of my last visit, just order. Again, I wait for about twenty or thirty minutes. This time the cheese steak is really hot and fresh. I open it up, and boy does it smell good. I take a bite....dreams crushed....the grit is still there, along with these large black chucks of carbonized meat. It was like the meat was mixed with the stuff you scrape off of a grill before cooking on it. I paid for it and tried to pick out all the bad stuff, but I gave up and just threw the whole thing away. Friends still laughed at me and said it was part of the flavor.

I'm not suggesting that you don't eat at this place. Actually, to the contrary, I don't want anyone to use this as a reason to not eat there. I'm not trying to ruin his rep or mess up the truck's business. I'm just not going to eat there ever again.

Note: This happened almost a year ago. This is the first time I've commented about it online.
