My husband's ex wife had BPD that she hid under the diagnosis of bipolar (which she would not medicate for). If you've ever dealt with BPD, then you have probably witnessed some of this stuff.

She had several fake pregnancies that ended in 'miscarriages'. These miscarriages would happen after an argument and would all be his fault.. he killed so many of their unborn babies due to the 'stress' of him 'triggering' her. No, my husband was not abusive towards her and is not abusive in any way.

She would cut herself and pretend to hide it, but at the same time hint at it saying 'I did something bad today', and 'Promise you won't be mad'.

She had a million crazy, outrageous stories about all of the 'trauma' she has had to endure in her sad life. She made up these stories for sympathy and to have an excuse for her shitty, abusive behavior. She would treat him God awful, then claim that she did it due to being 'triggered' by him (he did not abuse her in any way). The 'triggers' would be anything and everything, but always his fault. She had so many sob stories that she came up with. For example..

She was involved in a 'sex trafficking ring' as a child.
She was gang raped by literally every man in town.
She was raped in so many different scenarios.. like they would be walking downtown and she would causally point out a location and be like, 'Yeah so I got gang raped there when I was 14'

Said her ex boyfriend got her pregnant then kicked her in the stomach and she lost the baby.

She had all sorts of bizarre 'medical emergencies'.
She faked passed out and would have to go to the ER over literally everything. She would be 'so dizzy' and not able to stand. While playing Farmville on Facebook.

She slept with his brother on and off throughout their marriage. Somehow made that all about her, too. Because it's just so hard when you're torn between two men! /s
