I was a very quiet and unassuming kid (around age 12 or 13) and I never did much to bother anyone but my best friend and I, James, were still hugely into action figures. There was one guy named Tyrone, who actually brought attention to us because he'd mock us and make fun of us so much. But Tyrone was huge. Like, close to 6 feet tall, and at the time I was only maybe 5'4".

Now Tyrone liked to, and bragged about it, freeball. He would leave gym class and not bother putting on any underwear because he said they need to "airate".

One day, we had a fire drill, and our school had a portion of it underground. So as we're filling out, we have to walk upstairs to leave the below ground area to leave the school. I end up right behind Tyrone and, through his rather translucent gym shorts, I can clearly spot him "freeballing".

I strike.

With a strong, hard, grip, I yanked it down as hard as I could and stepped out of the way. He screamed like a bitch (haha) and tumbled back, down the stairs. What I hadn't accounted for, however, was the fact that these steps were concrete, and as a result Tyrone struck the back of his head fast onto bare concrete.

Fast forward, three days later, he's at school and suddenly collapses. The teacher freaks out and rushes him to the hospital where they learn he had a blod clot in his brain that broke off due to blunt force trauma and it nearly caused an aneurysm. I'm not sure how, but he ended up permanently blind in one eye and never returned to school.

TL;DR: Pulled a guy's dick on the stairs, blinded him.

Edit: Yes, I do feel very guilty about this. I've tried to reach out to him but he sort of disappeared off the grid.
