What's one fully legal, but unethical thing that you do that you feel comfortable sharing on the Internet?

I live in an apartment with assigned, numbered parking. My parking spot is on the end of a row of three. On one end of the row is a general handicapped spot. On the other end, next to my car, is the ramp to the sidewalk, so that spot is just made up of those white lines that tell you not to park there.

Both the neighbor and I who own the outside spots have small sedans. The neighbor who owns the middle spot has a giant jeep that barely fits between the parking lines. They ALWAYS park over the left line and into my spot, because otherwise our sedan neighbor wouldn't be able to get into her car and they're buddy-buddy with her, so I always end up having to park over the left line as well and into the voided out spot so they can get in their own vehicle. The office does not like this. The office has told me this. The office has also told me it's not their fault that my neighbor's car doesn't fit into their spot, they can't make them park more to the right because then sedan neighbor would end up half parked in handicapped, and that I needed to make due and just try to squeeze in.

Fine. My car looks like I bought it from a Mad Max prop auction, so now I park with absolute surgical precision as close to the right hand line as possible. Now if my neighbors park too close to the left line, or get back after I've already parked, they have to climb through the passenger side door to get in. And if I hear them pull up, I race to the window to make sure if they do dent my door trying to squeeze in, it's well documented
