What's a secret you won't share with anyone in person, but you are willing to share anonymously?

Rarely do I think people commit suicide when life is "hard". When life is hard and you're mental health is average you have something to work towards. People do it when life is "empty". Often severe depression makes people think there's nothing left for them, they can't take care of themselves, other people. Can't hold jobs or relationships. In there eyes can't seem to do anything but 1. fail themselves 2. make others miserable or 3. keep up the will to tell themselves things will get better.

It's a spiral and when you're numb to everything, and nothing you do feels rewarding or satisfying. Every bit of negativity you see in the news, or experience in life, massively overshadows anything positive. You don't want to die, you just deem yourself unable to hack it in this existence. Unfortunately some people spiral way too far and they act on that urge to not bear another day.

They're not cowards. They're just people who tried their best with the minds they were given, and couldn't/didn't want to fight anymore.
