I’d definitely prefer a guy with his own place (even a studio apartment) over a guy who lives with another chick. I’ve just seen too many times where close living quarters make people catch feelings. Sometimes it’s just one sided, sometimes both, but unless the chick was like a hardcore lesbian who would never in a million years be attracted to the guy, I’d always wonder about if they were attracted to each other or if she feels like I’m standing in the way of them being together or some bullshit like that. And yeah maybe that’s unhealthy but I know myself, I know that’s how I’d think and I don’t wanna put myself or anyone else through that.
