I feel like I read the same regurgitated "informed speech" by millennial crybabies on Reddit on a daily basis about the injustices brought upon them by the Baby Boomer generation.
And then everything went to shit.
Has everything really gone to shit? Technology today has made it easier than ever to create a business and find jobs all over the world. The wealth of information available at your finger tips (freely available at any public library) guarantees your ability to succeed in the world today. There's just one caveat:
You'll have to work hard for it.
Nothing has gone to shit. The world was not some easily navigated dream fantasy land 40 years ago. Your inability to cope with the world is why you think "everything has gone to shit."
It's not shit. You're just shit. Get better.
And the thing is, with the advent of things like the internet, and instant communication, we have access to the truth at an alarmingly young age.
Access to ironic memes and t-shirts and message boards and forums where you can whine, whine, whine about your problems. Unfortunately, that access doesn't seem to extend to the wealth of useful tools on the internet that organize and make your life easier. I guess you can lead a horse to water...
We're realizing that adults aren't always right.
Yes. Maybe a better realization is that it's time for you to become an adult. Children sit around and criticize others for their failures. Adults accept the personal responsibility and proactively work towards bringing their visions into reality.
Instead of writing long, tired regurgitation of the same crybaby bullshit and accepting failure as your default, why not do something?

This sentence I would summarize to describe you and anyone that actually believes this horseshit.
The world doesn't belong to those that pout their lips, well up tears in their eyes, and cry about how mommy and daddy didn't give them the planet they pwomised.
