And that’s okay. I totally respect that. I will fight for and with you for that. However, in a world where I believe you can be anything you want to be, the opposite gender is not what one of them. I respect pronouns you choose, but just because you say what you think you may be, doesn’t mean you are. I’m a firm believer in love is love(gay rights) but I can not fully stand behind transgender as a collective acceptance. It’s not my life so it doesn’t affect me. But it now comes down to the argument of “it’s my life.” If we allow everyone to say this every time they want to do/be something, the world would be in worse shape than it already is. So now I ask, should a woman who was once a man be allowed to play in women’s sports?
