You got downvoted for questioning someone’s decision to cut ties to a family member who is clearly a neo-nazi. Surely you know that people don’t cut ties to family for fun. Suggesting they should’ve ignored those reason because ”if family doesn’t fix her who will!” is mindboggling to me. And I’m someone with a normal family. I can’t fathom lacking that much empathy that I’d tell someone to risk their own emotional wellbeing for some arbitrary familial obligation.

And frankly the whole victim attitude about being downvoted for lacking empathy really rustles my jimmies. And then you claim you don’t know why anyone cares about votes.
