WIBTA if I sent him to the wrong hospital

YTA and it could blow up in your face. You already have a contentious relationship with him and it's inevitable that you're going to end up in court. When that happens, you want to be able to show that you have behaved like a responsible adult, protecting yourself and the baby while he's been harassing you.

Don't tell him when you go into labor. Have your two support people there with you and don't tell anyone else. Show his picture to the hospital staff and let them know he is harassing you and that he is not allowed to come near you or the baby. Wait to announce the birth until you're back home with the baby.

I would also consult with an attorney to find out what your rights are and how to maximize those rights. Don't give the baby his last name. Find out if you even have to put his name on the birth certificate.
