Do you know what masculinity and femininity is? Masculine attracts the feminine, and vice versa.
Well, something you may not be aware of is that it's not gender dependent. Both a guy can be masculine and feminine, and a girl can be masculine and feminine. In fact, the vast majority of people have both masculine and feminine traits and fall somewhere on the spectrum.
And having a mission is a MASCULINE TRAIT. So is not giving a shit about what others think. So is being outcome independent, self-reliant, being in control of your emotions, etc, etc.
There are more masculine men than women, and there are more feminine women than men. But it doesn't mean that NO WOMEN will ever have a mission in life, that they'll never achieve anything or have no use of self improvement etc.

I get laid more that you will ever even dream of and people pay me lots of money to teach then to get laid. And i completely don't give a shit about what women think of me not because they are women, but because I don't give a shit about what anyone who i dont deeply respect thinks of me. You talk about self improvement, then focus on getting your issues handled first, instead of bashing women for who they naturally are. Yes, some very feminine women won the lottery of life and don't have to do anything because of their genetics, looks - and they'll live better lives than you and me without any effort, being the lucky dumb bitches that they are. But that's just a rather small part of the bigger picture and you don't seem to understand it very well.
