totally fair enough people would point out that getting outside and out of bed can be really beneficial at times, and I do agree with that- I suppose what made me think of this sub was literally no research or sources backing these claims up (I can’t find proof anywhere walking for 3 minutes does anything at all) and it seems a little oblivious to say suicidal or ‘depressive’ feelings will be reduced by walking for exactly 90 minutes, when realistically if I was upset I feel like I personally need some distraction and not 90 minutes of being entirely alone with my thoughts- I guess I don’t know about anyone else, these posts just get on my nerves a little, I apologise if it doesn’t belong here though!!
