[WP]You are the first human to be banished from Earth.

Jack Larky wasn't even sure what he did wrong. One minute he was eating fruit loops with trim milk, while watching Game of Thrones.

The next his door was busted down, a series of white flashes hit him like eye cancer and his apartment was being stormed by men in black flack jackets. If they had simply knocked, he would of happily let them cuff him. He didn't even have any plans for today.

The court room they sat in now, was the size of a small hall and people were sardine'd onto the wooden benches behind him. Jack sat at the front of the room with his Lawyer, who was sweating profoundly.

Across from them, a young woman sat next to her Lawyer. And at the front of the room waited the judge, a white wig donned on his bald head.

"What do you have to say in your defence, Mr.Larky?" The judge boomed.

Groaning, Jack looked around him. "Sorry Judge, but isn't there like an opening speech or something. To at least fill us in on who did what or who did who?"

"Who did who?" The judge observed him, suspiciously. "No, Mr.Larky. Things have changed you see. We're trialling a blind case where we don't tell you what you did, in the hopes you may 'spill the beans' unintentionally."

"Well that's bollocks!" Jack said.

"Ahh. . . So you do know, Mrs.Bollocks." The judge replied, gesturing to the young woman across from him.

"I - uh, who?"

"Admit it, Jack, you did it!" Mrs.Bollocks said, she was furious.

Shaking his head, Jack looked at his Lawyer. The man seemed even more confused then he did. "Err. . . Your honor, I give up." Jack said.

Lifting his Mallet, the Judge addressed the room. "Jack Larky, you are officially banished from earth, indefinitely!"

"But-" Jack was interrupted by two security guards lifting him from behind, as they dragged him from the room he saw his mother and father crying in the crowd.

Jack sighed, looking at one of the guards. "Hey man, do you guys know what's going on?"

Sharing a glance, they set him down. "Listen, they needed someone for this space project and so they framed you. We aren't meant to talk. . ."

Jack sighed. "Damn. . . Can I ask you two a question?"

They glanced at each other again, "Just one."

Jack nodded. " Does Jon live?"

"Jon?"

"Jon Snow, man. . ."

"Oh, no, no he doesn't." The guard replied.

"Damn. . . All right, you can take me to space. I'm done with this." He lifted up his arms for the guards.
