This is most unpopular opinion. It actually makes me cringe when people would their “furbabies” on the same level as their actual babies. No Squeaky (a dog) absolutely does not have the same needs as an actual child and if it does that’s because you have spoiled it into behaving that way.

That being said, my dogs are very well taken care of and are very well loved but I have never and would never put their needs before my children’s. A lot of people are tending to do that.

Also, about the cats, I actually hate cats (I’m also allergic and can’t have them anyway) I also think it’s annoying when cats jump all over everything, piss on everything, ruin everything, their form of affection is scratching you etc Before my allergies got unbearable and I could still have them; I did have some awesome cats that were very well behaved but I had also had some cats that were unmanageable and at that point when they are no longer bringing you joy it is best for you and the animal to sometimes part ways.

That’s also an unpopular opinion. Sometimes animals need to be rehomed. No I’m not saying that you rehome an animal and then go out and get another one and then rehome that one and the cycle continues but sometimes things happen out of your control and it’s what’s best and people lose their mind like you’re just throwing it away and that’s not always the case.

Talking about animals in general is a very sensitive and hard subject.
